Instructions:
Up/Down Arrow - Accelerate/Brake
Left/Right Arrow - Rotate truck (in air)
Ctrl+M - Music On/Off
Ctrl+S - Sound On/Off
Ctrl+E - Visual FX On/Off (for better performance)
